    Greetings,

    Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44105167) and the date (3/12/1444 AH), referring to the Federation receiving the letter of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics No. (73680) and the date (11/28/1444 AH), In it, reference is made to Council of Ministers Resolution No. (252) dated (24/7/1434 AH), which is included in the fifth paragraph of it, “that ministries, government agencies and others, and agencies affiliated with or associated with them or supervised by public or private agencies such as banks and companies Telecommunications, And commercial and service establishments and the like, take appropriate measures to oblige the beneficiaries of their services to provide and update the national address data and link those services to that, and the services include, for example, but are not limited to: “Issuance or renewal of licenses, commercial registry, national identity card, family registry, travel document, driver’s license, secret, resident identity, opening or updating a bank account, or other things.” And to Cabinet Resolution No. (705) dated (12/27) / 1443 AH),​ With the transfer of supervision of the postal sector from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, and to Ministerial Resolution No. (449) dated (24/3/1444 AH), approving the executive regulations for the postal system, where the regulations included obligating service providers to use the national address when submitting Any of the postal services for the beneficiaries, in order to enable and activate its use.
